The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary in reference to Porject NO. 648-99-130 "DDC Control System" at the Vancouver division of the Portland VA Medical Center. Scope of work includes the conversion of the existing pneumatic control system to DDC Controls, compatible with the Delta control system at the Portland VAMC. Work shall include software upgrade, documentation, added points, lighting controls, connection to fiber-optic network, and troubleshooting of existing systems. New equipment shall include PC and laptops with software and training. This project is subject to the availability of funds. The cost range for the subject project is estimated between $100,000 and $250,000.
