It is essential that the contractor providing these services possess adequate technical knowledge of the F-14 Weapon System. NGC is the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of the F-14 Weapon System and is the only contractor with the required technical expertise, engineering data, and detailed knowledge of the F-14 aircraft.
