New media will be delivered to the Aviation Classification and Repair Activity Depot (AVCRAD), Gulfport, Mississippi. Spent material, which will be hazardous waste, will be recovered from AVCRAD and recycled to a non-hazardous state at contractor's recycling facility. The proposed procurement will be a Requirements Contract for a Base Year with 4 one year Option periods. Estimated Plastic Media per year is 25,000 pounds. This procurement is unristricted.
