The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport intends to solicit a sole source contract to SeaBeam Instruments for nine (9) TR-232B, ten (10) TR-233B transducers and nineteen each TR-232/233 GRE cables, with two options. The TR-232B transducer shall conform to the requirements of drawing 5808833 and tested IAW CIPS 5808881. The TR-233B transducer shall conform to the requirements of drawing 5516840 and tested IAW CIPS 5516904. The cables shall have GRE connectors, IAW drawing 5808837. The contractor shall test each unit to determine compliance with specifications. Delivery requirements are 12 months after contract award. Option 1 to purchase four (4) additional TR-232B/233B transducers and eight (8) additional TR-232/233 GRE Cables. Option 2 to purchase three (3) additional TR-232B transducers and three (3) additional TR-232/233 GRE Cables. Both options may be exercised 120 days after contract award.
