These are spare and replacement parts for mission installed equipment for Project Beartrap. This RSR 512 transport is an integral component in the operational data collection/ analysis mission. Thes parts must be compatible and inter- changeable with existing equipment. The government intents to negotiate on a sole source basis with Metrum Inc, who is the only known source that has compatible and interchangeable parts for this system.
