Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to clarify four specifications: 1. At substation #2, run a four (4) inch sleeve from one PMH-3 switch to the adjacent PMH-3 switch, Sleeve length = 12 inches, rigid conduit. 2. Approximate length for the three (3) 1/c EPR cables between the primary switch in Bldg. 25 and handhole #1 is 3X 600 feet. 3. Add to Note one (1) on drawing GD-25-26347: concrete strength shall be 3,000 psi. 4.
