This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number Request For Proposal (RFQ) 673-73-99 is assigned and shall be referenced on any proposals. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-11. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 3841 and the business size standard is 500 employees. The James A. Haley Veterans Hospital has a requirement for it's new Brevard Outpatient Clinic located at 2900 Veterans Way, Melbourne, FL 32940 for ophthalmic instruments and devices.
