Government Furnished Material will be provided for the manufacture of the Athletic Jackets. All garments shall be manufactured in accordance with USAF Academy Specifications. Estimated annual quantities are: Athletic Jackets, men and women -- 2100 each; Parkas, men and women -- 1050 each. Type of contractual instrument contemplated for this acquisition is a Firm Fixed Price Requirements contract with four, one year, option periods. A first article for each garment will be required. Inspections during the manufacturing and packaging process will be performed at the contractor's place of performance by the cognizant Defense Contract Management Command. Final inspection and acceptance will be at the USAF Academy. Delivery will be FOB Destination, USAF Academy CO 80840 beginning not later than 30 Apr. 2000.
