Wiesbaden Regional Contracting Center intends to award an order against an existing BPA with Logistics Management Institute (LMI), McLean, VA. Services to be acquired under order consist of a study and detailed report to be used to determine optimal hazardous waste and hazardous material system interface and outline major operational changes within the hazardous waste system within USAREUR. Areas of both environmental waste management systems and the Army's logistics support systems to include Department of Army warfighting doctrinal, organization, readiness and training issues will be addressed in this study. Study will examine Army's forward deployment warfighting systems and doctrines for management of hazardous waste. Performance of this study will also focus on international agreements, host nation relations, safety and maintenance of the forces, and combat readiness issues. Period of performance is for one year.
