The contractor shall furnish all manpower, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to design and construct an expansion with renovation to the existing Kilmer Processing & Distribution Center. The expansion is approximately 54,000 square feet and the renovation is approximately 6,000 square feet. The location of the project is a United States Postal Service owned site on approximately 27 acres at 21 Kilmer Road in Edison, New Jersey. The project includes various improvements and modifications to the existing building and site. The entire expansion and renovation project must be designed, phased and executed to minimize disruption of, and interference with ongoing Postal Operations in accordance with plans and specifications. Technical Qualifications Evaluation is based on a 100-point total (Experience -- 40, Past Performance -- 30, Organization -- 25, and Backlog -- 5), and Management Plan Evaluation is based on a100-point total (Construction -- 30 points, Design -- 25 points, Project Management -- 20 points, Schedule -- 15 points, and Procurement -- 10 points).
