This includes testing of original computer code to increase system functionality, and translation, application, and testing of pseudo-coded routines. The review will include analysis of problem areas, problem solving, modification of existing software routines to improve performance, and other software development and improvement, as required. Is expected that the person(s) providing this service will have a background and significant experience in computer science, in general, and in the existing SHOALS software suite, in particular. Vendors who believe they can provide the required services are invited to submit, in writing, and affirmative response as to their capabilities and any other pertinent data to the address above to be received no later than 15 days after the publication of this synopsis.
