Service and emergency service of Government owned Ingersoll-Rand Model SSR HP-75 electric air compressors on an as needed basis. Routine Services will be delivered within 72 hours after the date of each order placed, except when the needs of the Government permit, orders may provide a longer time of delivery. Routine services includes replacing air filters, coolant filters, changing coolant and/or separator element, operationally test the unit and provide an inspection report with any additional recommended maintenance/repairs not specified in the delivery order. Emergency services will include trouble shooting and repairs as designated in the delivery orders issued. Services shall be FOB Destination to Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA and/or FISC Norfolk Naval Base, Norfolk, VA. The Government anticipates awarding a contract for one base year with three (3) one year options. This solicitation will be awarded as an Indefinite Delivery Requirements type contract under FAR Part 13.5 -- Test Program for Certain Commercial Products.
