FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to = negotiate on a=20 sole source basis with Medical Technologies of Hampton Roads. This = firm is=20 considered the only source capable of providing services, which meet = all of the=20 Navy=92s requirements, by the date services are required.
