Cooper, Contracting Officer, (304) 285-4160 Nonhazardous solid waste pickup and disposal for the Federal Energy Technology Center, 3610 Collins Ferry Road, Morgantown, WV. Contractor shall provide one 8 cubic yard and two 4 cubic yard dumpsters which shall be emptied five times per week, Monday through Friday, 52 weeks a year. Contractor shall provide one 40 cubic yard dumpster for pickup and disposal (approximately ten tons of waste) one time per month and be responsible for all labor, equipment, containers, container maintenance, handling, and transportation of the waste. Contract type will be fixed-price with a performance period of five years, a base period of three years and two one year option periods. This procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items.
