Service (USPS) is soliciting proposals for a New Construction Owned
project. The successful contractor shall provide all materials,
supplies, labor, equipment and service to construct a USPS owned
facility of approximately 19,920 square feet on 3.42 acre USPS owned
site, Steamboat Station, Reno NV 89436-9998. The contractor shall use
only the technical plans and specifications for Solicitation
072976-99-A-0141. Work includes but is not limited to excavating soil
as required for new construction and cut and fill as required to allow
for drainage and installing site utilities as shown on the drawings;
construction of new building, complete with structure, exterior walls,
partitions, finishes, roofing, windows, postal equipment, millwork,
etc., and electrical and mechanical work, as shown on the drawings and
in accordance with the Specifications and installing new asphalt and
concrete paving as required and installing new concrete sidewalks as
shown on the drawings and in accordance with thespecification. The
estimated cost range is $2 million to $2.25 million. The performance
period is 280 calendar days from date of issuance of Notice-to-Proceed.
