Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, tools, material, supplies, labor and supervision necessary to perform all work in accordance with the Statement of Work for interior rehab of 32 rooms in Bldg 3307. The work shall consist of, but not limited to remove existing carpeting and pad and install new government furnished carpet and pad, remove all furniture and wall lockers from rooms to location on base, remove wall mounted light fixtures cap and secure electrical wires in wall and patch holes, remove existing vinyl wall covering, wood chair rail trim and cove base in bedrooms, remove vinyl wall covering and cove base in bathrooms, install new Government furnished wall covering in bedrooms and paint bathrooms. SIC code 1542. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Performance time is not to exceed 90 days. The estimated posting date to the EPS website of the written Request for Quotation (RFQ) is 10 May 99. The anticipated site visit date is 17 May 99. Anticipated award date is 1 Jun 99.
