The 11th Contracting Squadron intends to procure on a competitive basis a non-personal service to include all parts, labor, tools, equipment, facilities, transportation and supervision necessary to perform pool opening, closing and daily operation and maintenance of three swimming pools located at building 56, Bolling AFB, DC. The contractor shall perform in accordance with the specifications in the statement of work (SOW), the National Swimming Pool Foundation (NSPF) and AFOSH standard 48-14 guidelines. Estimated quantities for determining possible workload is listed in technical exhibit one within the SOW. This is a 100% small business set-aside.
