Critical elements of the base work scope include, at a minimum: Masonry restoration treatments, raking out joints, joint sealants, masonry repairs and masonry cleaning. Critical elements of the Add Alternates Scope of Work include, at a minimum: Demolition of concrete ramp paving, installation of snow melting system, installation of concrete ramp paving with snow melting cables, glazing sealant replacement, and skylight safety grill refinishing.
