The Crane Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, intends to enter into an indefinite delivery type contract with Raytheon Technical Services (RTS), 6125 East 21st Street, Indianapolis, IN 46249-5701. The requirement is for the repair and upgrade og various Weapons Replaceable Assemblies and Shop Repairable Assemblies to NAVAIR and RTS drawings in support of the ES-3A/EP-3E ARIES II/SSIP programs. These repair and upgrades will be procured on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1.
