Solicitation F41619199Q0336 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97 -- 11. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns, utilizing the Size Standard in FAR Part 19 under Standard Industrial Code 3651, and the Business Size Standard is 1,000 employees. The government intends to award a Firm Fixed price Purchase Order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). 12 CONS, Randolph AFB, TX has a requirement for _Turnkey AVID Deluxe Editing System w/Accessories_ or _equal_: System includes Xpress Deluxe w/real-time uncompressed motion titling and graphics; real time 8 track audiomonitoring; AVR 77; realtime chroma luma keys, dissolves, titles, dip to color, fade to color, superimpose, color effects, and mask.
