Wolfe, Jr., 304/285-5883 The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) facility in Morgantown, WV is currently undergoing expansion and renovation. Johnson Control's building automation system components, purchased under a Federal Supply Schedule contract, have been used for the new facility and all renovations of the existing building to this point. Our requirement is a one time purchase to obtain Government supplied materials for the building automation system of the Morgantown NIOSH H-Building. For this purchase, all components must be new parts, not reconditioned. The Government is not aware of any sources, other than Johnson Controls, that could supply materials compatible with the existing building automation system.
