DESCRIPTIVE LITERATURE: Contractor to provide descriptive literature of proposed make and model to be furnished in accordance with FAR Clause 52.212-1 "Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items" section b (f). Failure of an offeror to submit descriptive literature for a product, or submitting literature that fails to show that the product will meet the requirements stated above, will result in that product being rejected from consideration. EVALUATION INFORMATION: The Government will award an order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quotation conforms to the solicitation will be most advantages to the Government, price and other factors considered. Contractor must meet all requirements within this solicitation. Price and technical are of equal consideration. PROPOSAL PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial items, applies to this acquisition. Offerors shall provide a firm fixed-price for Item 0001 through Item 0008. Shipping charges, if any, must be added as a separate line item.
