Must be able to provide the following: lodging and conference space for approximately 40 students, conference space must be classroom seating with a breakout room for role-play training, include all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), be within 23 miles of the Ronald Reagan National & the Dulles National Airport, provide shuttle bus to and from the airports. Conference space must be available between the hours of 8:00am and 9:00pm each day. Award will be based on the offeror that meets all specs above with lowest price. Vendor will be required to accept payment via EFT. This procurement will be done utilizing simplified acquisition procedures under FAR Part 12 & 13.
