202-283-1162 The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to issue a
purchase order on a sole source basis to InSysco Group, Inc,
Woodbridge, VA. The background of this project: The Compliance Research
has developed the Compliance Data Warehouse (CDW). This data warehouse
is currently being used to support 9 research projects. In an effort
to further support these research projects and adhere to industry
standards for the operation of a data warehouse of this size,
Compliance Research will develop and implement the Collection Research
File (CRF) on the CDW platform. The CRF is a date set intended to
augment and enhance the Accounts Receivable File, which has been
developed, and is maintained, by Compliance Research. The scope of this
work encompasses the following areas: Documentation of the Accounts
Receivable File (ARF), support of users regarding ARF/CRF Definitions
and Queries, and support management information reports. The contractor
will help define management reports that are currently being done on an
adhoc basis for the Commissioner and Assistant Commissioner. The
contractor will also assist in defining a set of management reports
that will support upper managemet requirements for corporate-level
measures of Accounts Receivable performance. This will be done in two
stages. The first will be to define a set of measures that are
consistent with current organizational objectives. The second will be
to define reports that support these measures. Feedback from Office of
Researcj management will be obtained on the first part before actual
management reports are defined. These measures and reports will be
defined in consultation primarily with Office of Research staff, but
also with Customer Service, Collection, and Information System staff,
were appropriate. Once awarded, the period of performance will be from
date of award through 5 July 1999. The acquisition is set-aside for
small business concern. The Standard Industrial Classification is 8741,
size standard is $5.0 mil. All responsible sources who can provide
theabove requirements shall submit written questions no later than 15
days from the published date of this announcement. No solicitation will
be issued, therefore such requests for solicitations will be considered
non-responsive. All quotes shall include price(s); FOB point; POC (name
and telephone number); GSA contract number (if applicable); delivery
date, business size, and payment terms. Quotes over 10 pages in total
will not be accepted by facsimile. All questions must be submitted in
