R -- CASH MANAGEMENT RECONCILIATION SYSTEMS (CMRS) SOL CFOPD-99-R-014 DUE 051799 POC Ben Duodu_at_~cfo-ojs@ccmail.dcgov.org THIS NOTICE CORRECTS THE DUE DATE OF CBD NOTICE #323378 The Office Finance and Treasury (OFT), Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) of the District of Columbia (hereafter "District") is soliciting for interested and capable firms, willing and able to design a reconciliation software package for a cash management reconciliation system (CMRS). The required system should be capable of providing daily bank reconciliation for the District's new system of accounts and reporting (SOAR). It is anticipated that the proposed system will facilitate better accountability, management information, and interactive exchange of data among all users. The Office of Contracts and Procurement of the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) intends to award a multiple-purpose contract for a firm fixed price component and hourly rates by labor category with cost ceilings for the other portions. An indefinite delivery and indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) vehicle will be used for any required technical support services. The period of the anticipated contract will be one (1) year, with an option by the District to extend for up to four (4) one-year option periods. All interested firms wishing to obtain the solicitation for this proposed contract may retrieve it from OCFO's LAN server by an e-mail request which specifically includes the solicitation number (CFOPD-99-R-014) in the subject line of the message. No other text or message is necessary. The system will automatically retrieve a copy of the solicitation from the file and return it to the requester's address.
