Renovate and convert existing hangar No. 1019 to wash aircraft and
provide additional space for administrative areas, storage, lockers,
restrooms, mechanical room, Aqueous Film Forming Foam (AFFF) room and
electrical and communication rooms. Provide exterior utility systems to
support interior upgrades. Provide new water supply storage, pump house
with associated equipment, and fire supply piping and controls for an
AFFF fire suppression system. AVAILABILITY: This Solicitation will be
issued as an Electronic Bid Set (EBS) on CD-Rom format only. EBS CD-ROM
disks with plans and specs available on or about 10 June 1999 at no
charge per set. No individual sheets are available. EBS CD-ROM disks
will be issued on a first come, first served basis until supply is
exhausted. No phone requests accepted. Refer to IFB Number
DACA67-99-B-0039 when ordering. Requests MUST BE IN WRITING and be
received before bid documents will be mailed. Requests may be made: (1)

picked up from the Plans Room Monday thru Friday between the hours of
7:30 AM and 3:30 PM. Submit requests by 26 May 1999. Estimated dollar
value is in the range of $1 million to $5 million and completion period
is 365 days. Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1541. Project
is open to both large and small business. *If you are a large business
and your bid or proposal will exceed $1,000,000 you will be required
to submit a subcontracting plan. *For the purposes of this procurement
a concern is considered a small business if its average annual
