This is a correction to the email address listed in the sources sought notice published previously. The US Army Corps of Engineers Little Rock District is conducting market research to determine the existence of potential sources for a Job Order Construction Contract with incidental services included. The construction portion of the contract will be at various locations within the states of Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico and Missouri. The services which may be required are janitorial, grounds maintenance, pest control and preventive maintenance at approximately 140 small US Army Reserve Centers throughout the states listed above, excluding Missouri. The proposed contract will be an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract with a yearly maximum of approximately $30 million. It is aniticipated that this procurement will be an 8(a) set-aside. Please note that this is a Sources Sought Notice; therefore, no solicitation is available at this time and no contract awards will be madeas a result of this notice. Any information submitted is voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information that is submitted in response to this sources sought request. Interested companies are encouraged to respond to this notice providing a brief summary of their capabilities and their expected ability to meet the requirements above.
