The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP)intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Construction Services Contract to include renovations, alterations, repairs, and new construction at its Western Currency Facility, located in Fort Worth, Texas. The Bureau is seeking construction contractors with a history of working in an industrial production facility. One or more contract(s) may be awarded as a result of this solicitation. The contract(s) will be for a period of one (1) base year and four (4) option yrars. The estimated award amount for each contract for each year is approximately $2,000,000.00, for an aggregate amount of $10,000,000.00. Various types and amonts of work will be issued on task orders from time to time during the life of the contract. Security clearances for contractor personnel are required. The successful contractors will complete with each other and one or more existing contractors for each task order. Task orders will be awarded using seal bidding and/or negotiated procedures.
