Work includes, but is not limited to replacement of existing stairs attached to building 1, installation of new steps to parking lot B, removal of two sets of stairs, modification of railing, and sidewalk modification, including curbing. In addition, the contractor shall replace the existing stair treads in the Nursing Home Care Unit from each stairwell from the third floor landing to the fourth floor landing only. The above scope of work is intended to describe the project in general and is not limited to the aforementioned.
