Contractor to perform small to medium size general construction requirements in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia for the period of 1 January 2000 through 31 December 2000, with four one year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. Work consists of maintenance, repair, renovation, alteration and new construction and may include all construction disciplines. Each project will be negotiated with the contractor by the Government with an individual delivery order issued for each project. A negotiated scope of workfor each delivery order will provide specific construction requirements for the contract. The predetermined unit prices included in the Unit Price Book will be used by the Contractor as the cost for work to be performed. This is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract. The Government guarantees a minimum ceiling of $300,000.00 and a maximum ceiling of $10,000,000.00 for each performance period. Please note that this is one solicitation and there will be one award. Contractors cannot bid per individual state. Pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act, this is a competitive 8(a) procurement restricted to certified 8(a) firms serviced by Small Business Administration (SBA) offices located in the five states listed above.
