The technical data packages (TDPs) applicable to this RFP have been designated "Distribution X", and as such, are releaseable only to those entities found to be registered in the database available at http://www.dlis.dla.mil/ccal. Blank registration forms, i.e. DD Form 2345/Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, can be found under FAQs at the aforementioned web site. It is the prospective offerors responsibility to ensure that the entity requesting the TDP is properly registered. Only those entities complying will be eligible to receive the TDP.
