The kit must fit the design of the aircraft to include crew positions, equipment locations, and cargo protection. It must also meet the aircraft weight and balance standards without compromising aerospace and mission dynamics. This is a sole source, firm fixed price contract with Foster-Miller, 360 Second Ave., Waltham, MA 02451-1161, (781) 684-3955. The solicitation number for this announcement is F08651-99-R-0041 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6;as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
