The SIC code is 3432 and the small business standard is 500 employees. The request for proposal (RFP) number is DADA10-99-R-0019. Prices will be based on a discount from the catalog prices. The successful offeror will be required to provide plumbing products for emergencies within 4 hours; for priority (in-process) work within 72 hours; and for routine requirements (stock replenishment) within 15 days to the Public Works Business Center, Building 4196, Fort Sam Houston, TX. The solicitation will be issued under full and open competitive procedures (unrestricted) pursuant to FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and will be for a base year from October 1, 1999, or award date whichever is later, through September 30, 2000, with four one-year option periods.
