These systems are being purchased and installed at (1)Yokosuka, Japan; (2) New Cumberland, PA; (3) Cherry Point, NC and (4) Pearl Harbor, HI. The contractor shall provide all material and labor to install the KWII-10 and KWII-20 Key Watcher Systems compatible with the Morse Watchman Systems currently in use throughout all depots. The systems consists of 40 Box w/built-in Modems. Contractors possessing the required expertise and resources are invited to submit information as to their prices, capabilities, technical data and any other pertinent data within 15 days of this announcement.
