A PreSolicitation Conference and one-on-one discussions are scheduled for Friday, 30 Apr 99 (8:30AM Central Time). Location for this conference will be held in the Air Base Systems Conference Room, Bldg 40, Eglin AFB, FL. Depending upon number of responses to this announcement, we have reserved Thursday, 29 Apr 99 as a backup day if needed to accommodate all potential offerors. Each industry representative will have approximately one (1) hour of one-on-one discussions with the B2SS team. A schedule will be completed and appointment times given on the 27th of Apr 99. Interested parties are encouraged to fax their questions to Angela R. Mitchell, (850) 882-9381 or email to mitchela@eglin.af.mil by COB 27 Apr 99. Late questions may not be included in one-on-one discussions but will be answered in writing to the individuals that submitted the questions. The one-on-ones will include discussion of the solicitation's terms and conditions, System Performance Specification (SPS), and questions and answers. If questions are received prior to 27 Apr 99, we will be prepared to discuss these questions with the interested party. If prior questions arise that may potentially change the solicitation, it will be discussed with all attendees.
