Geological Survey (USGS), Western Fisheries Research Center, Seattle, Washington is in the process of collecting water quality data in the Upper Klamath Lake Basin, Oregon. Contractor shall provide laboratory analysis of 13 each government furnished surface water samples on a monthly basis for a period of 12 months and provide two copies of a quality assurance summary report to the USGS within 10 days after receipt of samples.
