Synoposis: Black & Veatch Special Projects Corp. is soliciting qualification statements from firms that are SBA certified Small Disadvantaged Business Enterprises for remediation construction at the North Penn Area 6 Site, located in Lansdale, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Services are required to perform shoring, excavation, transportation, and disposal of contaminated soils, with related site restoration work at four properties. Qualification statements should include descriptions of similar remediation projects by the firm, the firm's organizational structure, bonding capacity, and experience modification rate (EMR). Adequate bonding capacity and an EMR not exceeding 1.0 will be required with the subsequent cost proposal and any resultant award.
