A site visit is scheduled for Friday, May 14, 1999 @ 10:00 AM PST. Bldg may contain hazardous material requiring disposal. Floor tiles shall be removed;Concrete foundations & slab shall remain;Anchor Bolts shall be cut & ground off flush with surface of remaining concrete. Utilities shall be capped. Contractor shall perform an independent environmental assessment on the Bldg & submit a copy of material survey report to COR. Light Ballasts shall be removed & lights containing PCB Ballasts shall be removed & drummed for disposal by Govt. Sampling for asbestos has been done & no asbestos containing material was found. Demolished material containing asbestos,lead,or other contaminants shall be disposed of by contractor IAW local, state & federal regulations. Contractor shall determine if freon exists & shall collect & recycle freon. EST VALUE IS $25,000 TO $100,000. The acqusition is UNRESTRICTED & OPEN TO LARGE & SB. SIC CODE IS 1795.
