Completed reports shall be electronically transmitted via telecommunication lines by the Contractor to the 74th Medical Group's Dictaphone Enterprise Digital Dictation System or Composite Health Care System. Reports include Narrative Summaries, Operative Reports, Histories and Physical Exams, Radiology Reports, Pathology Reports including autopsies, Cardianc Catherization Reports, Consultations, Medical Statements and letters.
