Threat egnineering and research services in support of the development, test, and evaluation of Theater Air Missile Defense (TAMD) systems tasking. The primary task to be provided involves the integration of engineering knowledge of current and future U.S. missile defense systems with validated intellegence community engineering assessments of foreign systems to produce high-fidelity engineering characterizations for use in exploring the impact of threat characteristics/parameters on system concepts, designs, and performance. The requirement is a sole source action to be awarded as a new contract to Systems Engineering group(SEG), Inc., Columbia, MD. A CPFF type contract is anticipated. Period of performance will be for one year with four one-year options. Justification and authority is FAR 6.302-1.
