Administration is interested in leasing approximately 25,035 net
rentable square feet which will produce approximately 21,770 BOMA
usable sqaure feet for the Social Security Administration Office of
Hearing and Appeals, Bellaire, TX. Indoor secure parking for 4 vehicles
is required on site UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: All space must be contiguous
on one floor, with the exception of the storage/mail room,
training/multipurpose room, or both which may be separated from the
south by South Braeswood, on the west by Highway 6, and on the east by
610 West Loop South. TERM: The space is required for 10 years with the
Government having the right to terminate after 5 years of occupancy.
EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST: Submit in writing no later than May 14, 1999
and include the following information; street address and building name
(if applicable); square footage offered; name, address, and phone
number of individual to be contacted; evidence of authority to
represent the owner. AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: In no event shall the offer
