This training should include all Federal, State, and industry requirements involved in the proper training and operation of mobile cranes. The type of equipment that should be covered, but needs not be limited to are; Crawler Cranes, Truck Cranes -- Friction and Hydraulic, Rough Terrain Cranes and all terrain cranes. Due to TDY costs and expenditures this training shall take place at Grand Forks Air Force Base, North Dakota, however all quotations will be considered. All quotations must include a detailed description of the training and length of training to be provided. All quotations must be received by 319 CONS/LGCV by 3 p.m. on 12 May 99.
