The contractor shall fabricate and install Prototype Surface Collector Modules across Units 1 and 2 at the Bonneville First Powerhouse. This installation will be an addition to the existing prototype surface collector modulars across Units 3 through 6. The contractor shall be required to (a) Commence work under this contract within 10 calendar days after the date the Contractor receives Notice to Proceed, (b) complete installation of all units 1 & 2 and equipment and appurtenances for spring 2000 fish-testing season by 28 February 2000, and (c) complete entire work not later than 565 calendar days after commencing work. The time stated for final completion includes final cleanup of the premises. Work in the water for PCS units 1&2 installations will be restricted to the time period of 1 December 1999 through 28 February 2000. Estimated amount is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. IFB will be available on CDROM at no cost on orabout June 3, 1999. Tentative bid opening is July 7, 1999.
