Oxygen Tank, P/N 10508772 MVE or equal; Unit shall be used for
transporting and storage of liquid oxygen. Product withdrawal shall be
in gaseous and liquid form. Container shall have an internal vaporizer
which will provide warm gas directly with immediate and continuous
unattended operation. The following specifications shall also apply:
Container shall conform to DOT4L200 specifications. Shall be capable of
storing nitrogen (N), argon (Ar), and carbon dioxide (CO )in addition
to liquid oxygen. DOT service pressure to be 200 PSIG. Normal operating
pressure shall be 100-230 PSIG. Normal Evaporation Rate (NER) of 0
shall be 1.20%/day. Gross capacity of at least 209 liters. Storage
capacity of 0 gas to be 3,435 ft . Continuous gas delivery rate shall
be 400scfh . Vacuum jacket and inner vessel material to be type 304
stainless steel. Pressure building regulator shall be an integrally
mounted dual regulator that will eliminate fittings and permit field
adjustable pressure. Liquid fill connections for 0, N, and Ar shall be
provided. Maximum dimensions shall not exceed 20" diameter, 68.5"
height, and empty weight of 290 lbs. Delivery will be Norfolk Naval
Shipyard. Requests for the quotation must be in by e-mail or in writing
