Services required include care, custody, control, accountability and treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons" Statement of Works, entitled "Comprehensive Sanction Center (CSC) (dated June 1994) with Mothers with Infants Together Program (MINT) (dated January 1999). Loction of the facility shall be in the Downtown Phoenix, Arizona area. Estimated RFP issue date is May 24, 1999. Estimate closing date is July 23, 1999. Estimate number of inmate days for line item one (CSC) is: 54,750 for the base period and 27,375 for option years one, two and three, respectively. Estimate number of inmate days for line item two (MINT) is: 3,650 for the base period and 1,825 for option years one, two and three, respectively. A requirements contract is anticipated.
