The Department of Veterans Affairs VA Heathcare Network Upstate New York (VISN 2) is seeking qualified, responsible JCAHO Certified organizations to provide storage, delivery set-up, instruction-in-use, and/or pick-up of Government owned Durable Medical Equipment (DME) to the residence of VA beneficiaries. Major sites are Albany, Bath, Buffalo, Canadaiqua and Syracuse, NY. Contractor to provide a secure, contained area for storage of Government owned DME. Proposal will be solicited for the Base Year requirements and four (4) subsequent yearly renewal periods. Solicitation package will be availabe o/a April 30, 1999.
