The U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Workers' Compensation Programs (OWCP) is recruiting to contract individual registered nurses to coordinate the medical management of inured federal employees. Assignments will be intermittent ant part time. The areas of recruitment are the entire states of Alaska, Idaho, and Washington. Minimum requirements include 1) a valid RN License, 2) at least two years case management experience, 3) and at least two years general med-surgical experience. Additional experience desired includes basic knowledge of workers' compesnation injuries and illnesses. Applicants chosen for this contract position will sign a memorandum of agreement and will be required to attend training in OWCP procedures.
