This will be a personal service contract. This requirement will be accomplished utilizing Best Value Commercial Item simplified acquisition procedures. The contractor will work weekdays during hours established by the Clinic Supervisor, normally not to exceed 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week for a total of 1920 hours per year. Period of performance will be 01 October 1999 through 30 September 2000 with three and four option years depending on location. The Request for Proposals will be issued on or about 28 May 1999 and close on or about 01 July 1999. This procurement is a Small Business Set-Aside.
