R -- MCHB COMMUNICATION ACTIVITIES IN CONNECTION TO TITLE V DATA, INCLUDING ANALYSIS, ACCESS AND UTILIZATION. Suite 1200, Washington, D.C. 20036 for a follow-on contract to complete work related to "MCHB Communication Activities in connection to Title V data, including analysis, access and utilization." Vanguard has compiled and evaluated data for MCHB relating to this request under a series of acquisitions dating to 1992. It is anticipated that the short term proposed follow on contract will complete this study. The extensive knowledge base that has been amassed by the contractor about the data and its utility represents unique experience which is critical to the current requirement and cannot be duplicated by any other entity.
