Mechanical work shall include the removal of the indoor/outdoor components of an existing computer air conditioning system and replaced with a new split air-conditioner system along with ducting and relocating existing fan/support. Removel of the existing HVAC equipment, gases and fluids shall be in accordance with environmental procedures. Electrial work is minor. Building 379 is a non-magnetic secure facility that shall remain functional. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis.
